I've never measured him, but my boyfriend is about that size, give or take. He's smaller than my past boyfriend, but I enjoy sex with him much, much more.
Size isn't everything. It's technique.
Keep in mind, the vagina is only 4.5 - 5.5 inches deep... max. A penis too much bigger than that is probably going to hurt.
I think my boyfriend is right about the perfect size for me.
