Hi, Im new to the forum. Im 20 years old and ive recently gained about 10-15lbs. I know that doesnt seem like much but i used to be really thin so this sudden weight gain is very noticeable and i dont feel as confident about my figure as i used to. Anyway, ive started trying to watch what i eat and work out as often as possible as a start. Also, ive been researching weight loss supplements and vitamins but everything seems to have so many downsides or they dont seem to work.
Does anyone know either any good supplements to boost weight loss or do you have advice just to lose only about 10lbs?
