there is no magic pill that is going to allow you to eat all the fatty foods you want all day long while not exercising and still have you dropping 10 pounds a week...just take a second to read exactly what you just wrote and you will understand it sounds silly. i personally take apidexin but i dont rely solely on that to help me at all. firstly you should just do this to start.
for 3 days im gonna ask you to write down EVERYTHING you ate or drank in a day. along with the calorie content and grams of fat PER serving. keeping in mind that a bag of chips may say 160 calories 90 calories from fat...but that is PER serving and that bag may contain 3 or 4 servings per bag so it would really be 640 calories and 360 calories from fat. add to that the 1 liter of pepsi (another 250 calories per bottle) and even though you dont think you eat very much in a day...that one bag of chips and one soda was nearly 1000 calories!!. (kinda hits us in the gut hard when we know the truth huh?)
in order for you to be able to lose weight effectively hun you have just got to cut back on the types of foods you are eating and the sodas or juices. even cutting back 500 calories a day (or replacing 5 cans of soda with 5 bottles of water instead). you will see results sooner.
i seriously hate to be that one negative person that says "oh you cant do it like that" when what you really want to hear is "try this pill it will make you lose 60 pounds in 30 days" but its the truth. and im telling you this because i learned it the hard way and i kinda had that same train of thought just a few months ago. working 9 hours a day doing nothing but sitting down..the only available take out was KFC or chinese food...no exercise...no time..and i would pop whatever new diet pill i found out there.
this forum is such a great place to start for motivation,tips,recipes, you name it. good luck and please think over what i said.
