Exclamation Blocked nose!!!

I seem to have a permanant blocked nose!!!

Its driving me mad... i had a cold but now i don't seem to be able to get rid of this blocked nose!!!

3 weeks now!!! Don't feel at all poorly... i've tried decongestant nasal sprays.... tablets..... olbas oil.... menthol crystals....

Any ideas????

Blow your nose at the end of a shower (while the water's still running) then tilt your head back so that your nose is under the water stream and blow your nose again that way. It'll clear you up for an hour or two at least, since the steam will have loosened your sinuses.

this works for unplugging your ears as well.

An antihistimine inhaler seems to have done the trick!!
