Question is it safe?

can anyone tell me if its ok to take buscopan and imoduim 2geva?i suffer terribly with ibs and need to be free of pain and discomfort

I think buscopan is a great source of pain relief but try Mintec, it's a natural relief of IBS symptons and does work.

You also have to look at stopping some of the causes instead of only treating the problem, it's no good to spend the rest of your life taking drugs.

What foods to avoid, for instance, is chilli, eggs, milk, cream, cheese, too much meat and spicy foods.

If you change your diet to more leafy greens, vegetables, chicken , fish, tuna, those types of things you will be amazed at the difference.
