    Default Sun burn/sensitivity

I have just discovered that my sun sensitivity is becoming worse. I was out for less than an hour in the evening sun and I burned through a thick sweatshirt that has previously protected me from the sun. I have also been noticing more burning through my sunscreen (spf 45-55) which I wear under clothes, too. I am fair skinned and have always needed to be careful with sun exposure and always use strong sun screen.
The only changes that have been made during this last year have been adding rhodiola, cranberry, and vitamin D drops to my daily vitamin intake (regular/previous vitamins are a multi, calcium with magnesium, and vitamin C).
Now it seems my only option is to buy very expensive clothes and a hat that blocks out the sun's harmful rays and just stay completely covered everyday. Does anyone have any additional information, insight, or advice for me?

Are you sure it's a sunburn? 45 spf and burning through a heavy sweatshirt sounds pretty drastic. Could you be allergic to something your taking or eating?
