I've had four cigs today. Gonna try and keep it under six for the day. We'll see. I gotta do some grocery shopping, so I can pick up some altoids & see if they help the urge. Holding a cigerett but not lighting it seems to help, too

Your statement that "What frustrates me is most smokers will not accept what smoke can do to some people. They compare it to being less than car exhaust or other things." is not true, I always knew smoking was bad - it was just an addiction that was hard to break, and most smokers will admitt it's not good.
Maybe you accept it and most smokers do know it's not a healthy thing to do but I've been flamed, insulted, and verbally attacked online and off by smokers when the topic comes up and I point out how bad it is for some people who have even extremely minor asthma. I don't even do it in an accusatory way I simply state that cigarette smoke is one of the few things that sets off my asthma (cold, cigarette smoke, and the dust from dirty grains like the bulk oats bins we used to get for horses are it) and other people's respiratory problems so I would prefer it was not allowed in public areas. They all think other pollution sources are so much worse and use it to justify their "right" to smoke where ever they want. I don't care that people smoke, I don't care if they chew tobacco, I even think all drugs should be legalized.. I just don't think it should be done where it can impact people who don't want to smoke. That opinion is enough to get me hanged in most situations where this topic comes up.

I had the addiction bug Extremely Bad! I have a very addictive personality for some reason, can't figure out why though
Alot of people have addictive personalities. They however can be addicted to something really bad, and a reason comes up, "usually finances" that stops them from that addiction, however, they then find another addiction because they have to, they have an addictive personality.

If you want to know exactly what smoke does, the effect ask a dog.... Their noses are the most sensitive, when I light up, they look at me sneeze and well, look at me in discust a person shuts up and wears it.... That' something to consider.

As for out the front of Wallmart? I've done that, not wallmart off course Because I'm addicted, quick before I get in the car, and the look of discust from people? Yep, should be enough to stop me but for what ever reason, even though I am one of the most strong willed, I eat healthy mostly as well, I find reasons, stress mainly....

Yet, I remember stopping for 10 days walking past people who were smoking feeling sorry for them and feeling alive as well as happy it wasn't tempting....Maybe in two weeks when I go away for 2 days for our birthdays, I'll give it another go
Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!
