Exclamation in a bubble of my own

hi there just woundered if anyone out there could help.lately i havent been my usual normal self to start with my period was a week and half late.i have been getting sickness sweats, and i get slightly confussed.something i feel like i am in a bubble and things carnt reach me.i feel tired and drained.i do suffer from deppression but this feels different from that.maybe someone out there knows how am feeling.if so please give me your advice i would be very grateful.thank you

Hi Estelle, welcome by the way.

I think when our periods are late, we do tend to suffer differently, and different from each other as well... Perhaps check and see how you feel next month and if it is on time.

You could also be low in iron.

Have you changed any medications?

That could also be trying to find its way around your system and make you tired.

Maybe otherwise, you need to see your doctor and get checked over.
