For you CW...anything

I keep a spray bottle of A 50/50 hydrogen peroxide (35%)/water solution in the shower for the following reasons.

Its a cheap mouth wash! tastes gross tho' but it really does assist in slowly whitening the teeth and maintaining healthy gums.
Have you ever noticed how so many over-the-counter toothpastes and mouthwashes now advertise hydrogen peroxide as a beneficial ingredient? Go figure...

Its a quick disinfectant, just spray the tub down and leave

Its anti-fungal
For people who suffer from toenail fungus or athletes foot, spraying this solution on the toenails and between the toes helps to alleviate it. For nail fungus it will take persistence of a good 6 months at least until the whole nail grows out.

Ahhh put in mouth, goes down drain and to my toes?

LMAO in a good way.

Well, so where do you buy it? Natural Remedy shops? Supermarkets?

I was blonde

Thanks for the time in writing this just for me. I feel so priviledged truly.

We can get 3% at the grocery store here...Foodgrade H2O2 would likely be at the chemist and in is 35% is available online.

Not to worry if you cant find the 35% try with the 3%

Alright, here's one tropicalgirl...

For dry skin chuck the lotions and potions. I make a body scrub from brown sugar and coconut oil. The sugar exfoliates (use brown because the granules are smaller and less abrasive than white sugar) and the oil moisturizes. Just get a glass jar or some such container, pour some brown sugar in and start adding the coconut oil, mixing well, until you get the consistency you want...perhaps more oil for drier skin, less for the opposite. Then just scrub yourself down in the shower and pat dry with a towel when you get you. It can take a little while to absorb into the skin but you will be SO soft and won't have the long-lasting greasy feeling some lotions can give you.

If I start to break out, after washing my face I'll cover it in a layer of Neosporin. I read online about a lot of people doing this, so it must have some sort of merit.
