Default Hair help!

I have really dry hair, especially my ends. I want to grow it long, but it doesn't seem to get past my sholders because it's so damaged.

I heard that if you put hair oil on your ends it helps with dryness and breakage. I was wondering if this is true, if any one does it or if anyone knows a good hair oil product to try.

Also if anyone knows any other ways to help dry and damaged hair it would be much help.

Thanks.

Yes thats true, if you apply oil at the end of the hairs it gives good result. But I have one more tip to grow long and soft hairs. Before going to bed take 3 table spoons of coconut oil and mix egg in it, apply it regularly for 30 days.

a good conditioning treatment/balm that you leave in for a bit and then rince out is awsome, adds the moisture back in to it while giving a great treatment. and also im using k-pack split end mender right now because i fried my hair a bit to much and its just amazing results. and for the balm i would recommend the matrix biologe brand. those are the two things i use, as well as the k-pak leave in conditioner. and another brand is bed head, dumb blonde shampoo and conditioner for highlighted hair. those are my favorite brands that we sell at the shop i work at.

Moroccan Oil - look it up - it is the best for ALL hair types. It repairs damaged hair and restores shine - good luck!

Default Hair falling out....?

It is hormonal and can be genetic. My mother's hair has been thinning since her 30's and her mother lost a lot of hair between her 60s & 70s.

Rogaine for women!! My mom uses it and it definitely works. Her hair has been restored for years now and she is loving it.

But also remember - you are what you eat. Get on a very good diet, with lots of water. My mom eats extremely healthy and doesn't drink alcohol and she looks great.
