The first one is that I am not aging well and this irrates me. and the second is that natural sunlight sucks. you can hide nothing in the way of flaws. I have always taken care of my skin and it hates me. i do not get it. i am only 29 and i want to cry. I would appriate any tips and thank you for letting me vent.

If we all had "the" beauty secrets of the century, we would all be looking still 20 years of age.

I drink water every day, eat lots of green vegetables, and walk 20 minutes at least...

I also use oil, sometimes, kitchen oil (olive oil), around my eyes, i figure if the europeans eat it all the time in their food must be good.

I truly think also "feeling young" is also a major key...

Well at 51, I'm often told I don't look anywhere near it (I think I do but...) Diet and exersize are key. Sunlight is good for you but like all things, in moderation. Wear a good sunscreen religiously, hats are a good idea too. Keep off the fried foods, sodas, limit alcohol and if you smoke - quit. Smoking breaks down the skin and it dramatically increases the wrinkles around the mouth area, in addition to all the other nasty things it does.
Fresh fruits and veggies are important and as CW said, water.

Avoid heavy make up - clogs the pores. You don'tneed all that expensive stuff full of alcohol (very drying) and perfumes. A pure, gentle soap and a good lotion every night and morning are essential.
Oh, the biggie?? Smile. Nothing makes you look better than a real smile!

I use emu oil It does amazing things. If you are interested I can tell you where to get it at a good price. People are charging alot for it but I found it for less than 1/2 of others price. Plus I use it on my daughter and burns and rashes and just about anything else. Plus it is all natural, no chemicals and works FAST!

I regularly use the products Hydra Pure B-5 and Peptide Renewal Complex. Both excellent products from Excel Skin Care. When You get the results You want continue using them as your regular Moisturizer, I did.

You can go through their Website, but the lower buy with free shipping is through their Amazon store.

exfoliate! Exfoliating and moisturizing are your 2 best friends when it comes to your skin.. also not smoking and eating well obviously. Exercise also promotes circulation which makes your skin glow

I totally feel for you! My first wrinkle came at 25 and it felt like I was going downhill quickly. Turned out I just wasn't treating myself right. There is a lot to be said for starting a beauty routine early and keeping stress out of your life. For me, the first step was moisturizing daily with a minimum spf 15. Then the weekly exfoliation scrub followed by a moisture mask. I now wear a foundation with an spf 20 in it and it really makes a difference with the lines around my eyes. I recently treated myself to a head to toe body wrap (including facial wrap) and my goodness, what an amazing difference in the firmness of my skin and the release of stress. Eating well is also beneficial - for me a 1/4 avacado every morning helps rejuvenate my skin.

Well dear I think you need to consult a dermatologist to diagnose your symptoms and then recommend the best suitable medication , i think you have low levels of growth hormones
