Just rinse the shampoo from your hair. While you're still in the shower or bath, apply the conditioner (it will tell you the directions on the bottle), then rinse. Some conditioners recommend to let the conditioner set in your hair for about 3 mins and then rinse. I apply the conditioner then wrap my hair in a bun and wash my body in the meantime (to kill the 3 mins) then I rinse the conditioner.

hello,nkikka,
Just rinse the shampoo from your hair. While you're still in the shower or bath, apply the conditioner, after you apply conditioner rinse after 1minute,then after that finally hair softener.

Also, If you have naturally oily hair, I suggest only putting conditioner on the ends of your hair. The conditioner will build up on your roots and cause an even bigger problem with oil etc, as well as weigh your hair down. I only use a very small amount on my ends and work it up to about where my chin is (apply as directed above). After rinsing and getting out of the shower, I then apply a small amount of leave in conditioner to my hair (Again - NOT the roots). With this product, you do as directed - spray it on and leave it in . If you have any questions about great conditioners/products for your hair type, just let me know. My mom owns a salon so this stuff is right up my alley
