HOw do I conceal them? Got them in my thighs and legs...so you see, I can't wear shorts no more. Help!

Varicose Veins are usually heriditory.

Spider vains if they are small, can be stripped out, "cut out", like worms, a small hole cut in a few places and then pulled out. I had this done years ago and they haven't come back and it's not that painful, after, like a normal cut in your skin a few days and your fine.

Crossing your legs alot will create them and I was informed that stockings assist keeping them at bay.

You can try a bit of makeup, try clear stockings to cover up but it's more mindset, it's a part of your body you don't like for now...

Remember, we all have things we don't like about ourselves love.
