I have very long hair that is almost down to my butt (and it is still growing). I get it cut often, take hair, skin, and nails vitamins, and I never process it. Processing your hair kills it and will actually prevent it from growing to a certain length.

Your hair is already dead orchid. It consists of the same thing your nails do. Processing it does not do anything to it's growth. It can however, damage the existing hair, but will not prevent anything growth.
~Today, any person can fight the battles of one day It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's- yesterday and tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad. It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore, live but one day at a time.~

Well that's what I meant. Of course your hair is already dead, but you need to maintain it and when you process your hair it can become really damaged and brittle. I have a friend who kept dying her hair different colors and now when she combs it she pulls out a lot of her hair.

Actually, Healthy and strong hairs required the supplements of multivitamins.these vitamins makes your blood nutrient rich and helps to increase in hair growth.
Another thing you can use minoxidil because it is safe and it is a FDA approved. It provides a proper healing of your hair follicles and can continue to increase hair growth.

    Best and easiest way is:
    1) Eat a small avocado 2-3 times a week. PACKED full of poly and mono unsaturated fats necessary for building cell walls and increasing cell production
    2) Eat a small handful of macadamia nuts a day (6-10 nuts). These are also full of mono and poly unsaturated fats as well as minerals and protein needed for growth.
    3) Be sure to get enough biotin and B vitamins in your daily diet.

This is what I did for 2 years and went from chin length hair to butt length hair Boo-yah!
