Default Dye or Color?

I'm a little tired of my hairs current look, it's long, curly and brown. I'm going to chance the color but I can't decide if I want to highlight blonde or just totally dye, blonde. What would be you guys perfernce.

bleach is very hard on your hair, if you wish to go blonde i would talk to your hairdresser, about your options. good luck with your new look.

Brown with a few highlights can look great. I would go for that. A full on blonde dye job is a major change, and one that a lot of the time doesn't look very nice.

I think hightlights would look better.
As I sit here with color on my hair.
I have very long dark brown curly hair. I'm afraid to change the color much because even putting highlighhts in my hair makes it brittle then it begins to break off.
I stay with in 3 shades of my natural color.
For highlights that won't damage your hair you could always try the clip in hair first to see what it would look like.
I use purple.

If you are going to a professional to get color services ask what color line they use.

Joice has a great one step color system - Vero Ultra - The colors range from intense reds to butterscotch blondes. Of course they don't have to be so intense - you can have them use 10Volume to deposit the color or 30 volume for intense color deposit.

Goldwell is another color line that has intense colors purples and blues and other fun fun colors - Elumen - which is amonia free with lil damage and its a permanet color not a demi.

These are just 2 color lines there is Wella, Matrix, Redken has great color gels.

good luck
