Default Beauty tip for women's skin care!

I just wanted to to offer some advice. My girlfriends and I were just talking about this the other day.

If you wear makeup, make sure to wash it off every day. Do not sleep in it! One of my friends was talking about how she will wear her makeup to bed and some times the next day too.

Makeup can clog your pores, prevent oxygen from getting to it and prevent sweat from cleansing the pores. Besides, washing your face each night and even each morning, plus moisturizing will leave you with much healthier skin and less acne!

That is some good advice as I think we've all been guilty one time or another for sleeping in our make-up but not only will it increase your risk of clogging your pores and increasing acne; it also ages your skin much faster. You have to give your skin the opportunity to breath and feed your skin with the necessary vitamins to help keep it healthy and younger looking.
