Default internal remedies for acne

Hi, I have tried so many different cleansers on my face to clear up my acne, but it just won't go away! Does anyone know of any kind of vitamin waters or tea's that may help your skin's appearance?

I suggest that you should stop using a cleanser, its because some cleanser chemicals can irritate the skin especially if the cleanser you are using is not compatible to your skin type...What you do is that you wash your face at about three times a day...And if every time you leave and return to our house , always wash your face because there are so many bacteria that we get outside and that the smoke coming from the cars can also stick into our face.

I have not personally heard of vitamin waters or tea to help clear up acne. You don't say how old you are, but acne is an internal and external problem. I would recommend a dermatologist first to see what is going on.

I am aware of a skin care line that also has a dietary supplement that has vitamins, minerals and L-Lysine and amino acid. There are also some other botanical ingredients.

I'm not sure about vitamins but I know that drinking alot of water helps a bit. It hydrates your skin and helps rinse away some of the bacteria. Sunlight and vitamin A (i think) are also a great natural way to avoid acne.

I would try to find the most natural cleanser you can... Aveeno is usually pretty good and gentle,... my sister sells all natural skin care products from a company called "daisy blue naturals"

http://4017.daisybluenaturals.com/MyStory.aspx ... this is the site - the facial cleansers sill be under products...and then facial...and then u can choose oily/dry/or sensitive hope this helps

Try proactive. Or go to hopeskincare.com and look for their acne gel. Start working out, I suggest yoga/pilates/meditation. Drink water throughout the day, use an spf and start eating more fruits and veggies (as cliche as that sounds) but it works. Stress makes me break out so look for those things or similar that may trigger your acne. Don't use an abrasive on your face and change your pillow case often. Keep hands away from the face. At night use a bit of fresh squeezed lemon on your face to reduce redness of the acne-not if it's a blister...be careful here. The idea is to work on those red tiny bumps and some that may develop further. This is a natural exfoliant.

Best of luck.

Default Hi Ashblue

I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I have a few things for you. First it's like they all say, the things you put in your body shows through you skin. So on that note drink plenty of WATER, I can't stress that enough. WATER,WATER,WATER...
You should also be taking a vitamin. After you take care of those things, you should think about what type of skin you have. It can be normal, oily, dry, senstive etc. From there you can find out what type of products that will be better for you. (It's a process, it's not going to happen over night.)
There are lots of products out there, take your time and find the one that fits your skin type.
You should get a clenser, astringent and a moisturizer, those are the 3 main things you need. If you suffer with alot of break outs you can get a medicated cream for that. Keep everything in the same family, meaning let everything be from one brand.
Now here is how you clean your face;
After you have opened your pores with warm water ( splash warm water on your face)
Apply your cleanser ( use your finger tips and rud up and outward in a circle, do this untill you have covered your entire face.
After you rinse the cleanser off with luke warm water
apply the astringent (please remeber always close your pores after you rinse the cleanser this is very important) this is what the astringent is for
Then apply your medicated cream and or you moisturizer. And do this twice a day untill you see improvement. You have to be deciated if you want good results. If you noticed your skin is drying out do it less often..
Tell me how it goes.
Good Luck

Default acne cure

Hi

I have tried all sorts of thinks ver the years to get rid of my acne, with little or no effect. So 3 months ago i decided to go down the natural route, i purchased a Beautyskin acne lamp and have been using it every day for the reccomended 15mins. My acne has now nearly all gone, my skin is the clearist it has ever been, im really suprised that after everything the only thing that has worked is an all natural light treatment! Amazing!

brunettebarbie how does the lamp work? Is it similar to tanning?

I strongly recommend skinb5, you can get it in a powder or a tablet. It works from the inside out.
