Default I need of hair moisturizer

I have really long hair (up to my lower back), and the ends are very, very dry. I would cut them, but I want to try and see if i can save them first. Out of all the common shampoo and conditioners available in stores which one moisturizes and revitalizes hair the most? What else can I do to save my hair?

personally..i'd have to say i had the best results with garnier, if you want something cheaper from the store. maybe you can get one of those damage repair ones that you leave in for a few minutes. i would go to a salon and spend some extra $ for a good one. then you can ask someone that works there and specializes in hair as well.

if all else fails, i would suggest a trim.

Hi.. I am a newbie her, and yours is the first one I read.. John Frieda products worked the best for me, when I had looong, dried out hair.. Also, any salon has products for sale, and any moisturizer, Nexxus, Paul Mitchell, etc.. that is left in your hair, not rinsed out, worked good.. Let me know, ok?? Good luck.. I am a fanatic about stuff kie this.. lol
