    Default pure milk or soybean milk?

    Hi,all,
    recently i'm a little confused,i heard pure milk ,which i drink everyday,is really not good for our skin,is it right?compared to soybeam milk,which is better?

    Hmm. I think soy milk is better all-around because most adults are to some degree lactose intolerant. Makes sense... we need milk as growing children but not as adults.

    Even adult cats are lactose intolerant, but still people equate milk with cat drink.

    Be careful with soy milk if you have ANY issues with your thyroid. Soy can pose
    quite a problem then.

    Hi,all,
    Thank you for your answers.
    From TV it is always said that soy milk is better than pure milk and contains more protein,also drinking pure milk will suffer easier from excessive internal heat...But I'm sure washing with milk is good for skin.

    According to me pure milk is better than soybean milk.

    I think pure milk is better than soybean milk. Milk bath is good for skin. Soybean milk is harmful for those people who have thyroid problem.
