I use Bare Minerals, it's like Sheer Coverage. I love it. I think that both are good contenders.... they both have natural SPF which is also good....

With the package that I got I also got great brushes too.... I don't think that either one is "better" - I think that they both offer something similar.

Doesnt it make your skin look dry using the mineral powder? I would love to try it but imagine it would sink into nooks an cranys and make them look worse...do you just put iton over your moisturiser?

I use bare minerals too. I have been for about 2 years now and won't wear anything else. I used to get styes all the time but I have only had one since bare. I think they are pretty nuch the same thing though. Expensive but well worth it.

lushley666-No it is great. Powder makeup is the way to go.

To cover a spot absolutely with makeup so nobody can see it, is really simple. All you need to do is apply the concealer makeup to the area or spot, and then blend out with your finger just tapping. If you use a wiping motion, you'll remove what makeup you're putting on your spot. So use a light tapping motion with the middle finger which just blends. If you're looking in the mirror and you see that the spot is still showing up nice and shiny, dip a very fine brush, almost like a thin eyeliner brush, into a thick concealer makeup and apply it to the center of the spot and then just stipple using the brush. Stipple the makeup over the area of the spot until its hidden. If you go around the good skin and you can see that youve got concealer on an area where it doesnt need to be, take a damp cotton bud, or a cotton bud with a little moisturizer, and just wipe away the excess makeup. Then dip a small brush or a powder puff on to some loose powder so it locks in the concealer so it isn't going to budge. Thats really good! What some people will also find is if they've been picking their spot and the skin is a little bit raw so the makeup isn't sticking to it and they want to cover it with makeup. Therefore what you want to do is put a little bit of powder makeup first onto the area of the spot to deshine, and that will give the concealer something to grip to. So you apply the concealer makeup and then a little powder on top, and that'll cover the spot fine.
