Cool Home made face care tips

    Home made face care tips-
I hate using too much chemicals on my face. Always clean your face using a mild facewash, remember to remove makeup when you are at home or before bedtime. Wash face and lips. Pat your face lightly with a dry clean towel while rub your lips on a soft towel so that dead cells get removed from the lips. Apply a little cold cream on your face and a few drops of almond oil on your lips and leave overnight. Your lips become smooth and also lighter if they darken with time.

You must know your skin type…..oily, normal or dry.

Here are a few natural things you can do at home. Prepare home made face packs. For eg, carrots are very good for skin. Grate a carrot, add a teaspoon of honey. Apply on face and leave for 15min. Do on a regular basis. You will notice the difference in a month or two.

Mix 1-2 teaspooon plain yogurt with dried chick pea flour. Apply on face. Wash after 15 min. Apply 1-2 times a week.

Avacado is a very good source of vitamin E and natural moisturizer.
Apply coconut milk on a regular basis for a smooth skin.

Place thin round slices of cucumber on your eyes and leave for 10 min. You will be relaxed, and helps remove dark circles if used on regular basis.

Whipped eggs, honey, lemon juice are all good for your skin too.

I have normal to oily skin type and I personally love almond oil for lips and the carrot face pack !!
Have fun trying these easy home made tips !

i have a tip for the body if the skin is very very dry, a brown suger and olive oil scrub
have a quick shower first making sure you are clean before the scrub (because you dont want to use soap after it will remove all the oil)
then using the mix apply all over the body, rub in well! it gets a bit messey so stand on a towel or in the shower
leave on a few mins i leave on for 5 mins, then rinse off in luke warm water
pat dry (dont rub) and use a really good thick moisturizer,i use the body shop body butter i find that to be one of the best that iv used! put loads on
put on loose fitting pj's and relax and in the morning your skin will be glowing...
becareful when in the shower because your using oil and it can get a bit slippy so be sure and wash out your shower after you! enjoy x

    Here's my simple share:
    Pumpkin Face Mask
Pumpkin seeds contain many beauty boosting properties. In China, they are seen as a symbol of health, rebirth and fruitfulness. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and healthy fats. With a high level of omega-3 and omega-6 fats, pumpkin seeds keep your skin soft, elastic and help prevent dehydration, leaving you with beautiful glowing skin.

    1 medium pumpkin
    4 pineapple chunks
    1 tbsp finely ground oats
    1 tbsp finely ground almonds
    1 tsp milk
    1 tsp honey
2 drops rose geranium essential oil
    1 drop rose essential oil

Slice pumpkin into 6-8 pieces and remove skin.
Place the pieces, including seeds and strings in a microwave safe dish with 1/4 cup of water.
Microwave for 2 minutes, or until the flesh is soft, then allow to cool.
Cut the pumpkin peel from around the flesh, and discard it.
Place the pumpkin flesh, seeds, and strings into a small food processor adding the pineapple chunks, and blend for 1 minute, or until smooth.
Add the oats, almonds, milk, honey and essential oils, blending for a short time after each one.
The texture should be rich and smooth, but slightly grainy from the almonds.
Apply a generous layer to clean face and neck.
Leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse well with warm water and apply moisturizer.
