I need some makeup tips
Okay, so I don't know ANYTHING about makeup, but I want to try. I have fair, even-toned skin and a clear complexion, so I'm not too worried about concealer or foundation, really. What I need to know is what color lipstick I should use, what color eye shadow, how much eyeliner is too much, etc. Like I said, I have fair skin and very dark brown eyes. I wear glasses, too. That may not matter much but I can imagine it would affect eye makeup. Any general tips would be great. Please and thank you :D
What color hair do you have, when picking a lipstick you need to consider that..
We brown eyed beauties are lucky because we can where just about any color. Golds and purples really make brown eyes stand out and as for eye liner...I'm personally not a fan of the thick liner but to each there own. I have no clue about glasses though.

If you have brown eyes, browns and golds are good, if you have green eyes, purples are good, and if you have blue eyes, greys are good.
I sound the same as you (apart from the clear complexion lucky girl :P) brown eyes brown hair and everyone is right as far as eyes go we can wear pretty much any colour out there! I think the colours you choose to wear and the eyeliner you use is very dependant on age. Im 18 and I absolutely love trying new styles of eye make up
So many things affect eye make up - the shape of your face, the shape of your eye how you wear you hair etc...
Most girls generally want their eyes to pop, look bigger etc and to do this only use eyeliner from the outer edge of the bottom of your eye to the middle (and blend it in so it doesnt stop suddenly) and all the way along the top but lighter on the inside and again remember to blend it into your skin so its not a distinct wobbly line hehe. I find adding some liquid line on your lids (thicker on the outside again) adds a lot to making your eyes look bigger - but this can be a bit tricky, if you have a wobbly hand a wonky black line on your eye can look a bit odd.
