Ok, so I need some info on makeup. I have a darker aubern hair, brown eyes and freckles. I'd be really white w/o freckles! I don't know how to pick foundation or anything like that. Please give me some tips!!

Hi! I'm a redhead too, and sometimes finding the right makeup can be a pain.

Since you have freckles, I'd go with a sheer foundation - that way you won't be covering them up, you'll just be evening your skin tone. If you have sensitive skin like most redheads do, I'd recommend something hypoallergenic as well. As far as what shade to use...that's a little tougher (although red and pink based foundations are usually a bad idea for redheads). Your best bet would be to go to a makeup counter and get some tips from one of the people working there.

With colors, earth tones and neutrals work well. Usually peachy-pinks for blush and neutral eye shadows work for me, but my coloring's a little different from yours (lighter auburn, no freckles, green eyes). With your brown eyes, you might want to try plum or raisin colors if you want to jazz up your eye makeup, if the earth tones get to boring. For lipstick/lipgloss, try warmer colors.

    Hope that helps.

greens, black and maybe a dark purple.. for blush you should use something brozer based rather than pink or red

I recommend a translucent foundation slightly darker than your skin tone to add colour and use "warm" shades, think autumn! reds, bronzes, browns, smokey eyes.. and for a summer-y daring look maybe a purple or bright orange! but whatever you do do it well, try finding tutorials on youtube to help

I think you should use tinted moisturizer because sometimes it looks funny when freckles are half covered with foundation. Also try using bronzer instead of pink blusher

I would recommend nice bright colors. The nicest thing about being a redhead is you dont need to add too much make up.
