Eurcerin cream works really well, I have eczema and when I notice a dry patch starting I'll use that, works wonders! Be sure to get the kind in the little jar that says "original", and not the hand pump bottle. For some reason, the stuff in the bottle is super oily/waxy. I bought some like that and was very disappointed how waxy my hands felt afterward. Although, I do use it on my legs before going to bed. It works wonders for that.
The original Eucerin is actually dermatologist recommended for extra dry, chapped/chafed skin or eczema or psoriasis. Hope this helps! =)
