Default Alternatives to Shampoos

Anyone know of an alternative to using shampoos?

I've tried them all and I have a chemical/allergic reaction to them and then have to go on prednisone.

If you are allergic to some shampoo...Look for a shampoo that has a mild ingredients on it that will suit on your scalp.
