Red face Advise for bad hair days?

    Hi there

My hair is cut quite short, to be precise, half way down my neck. I have bad hair days nearly everyday, its either too flat, (hardly ever), or its puffy, but mostly, it doesn't do what I want it to. Also, I'm just not really sure what styles I can do to make it pretty or look sexy. I pretty much just brush it and go. Any tips?

You can visit a professional once..and get some hair treatment done. Perhaps it lacks the required moisture for bounciness of hair making it very rough and unmanageably. Use a good herbal conditioner right after you have washed your hair...it shall help!

Thanks so much, I will do that. I know my hair is often dry. Is it bad to use anti dandruff shampoo if you don't have dandruff? My husband has and so I just use it.

Yes, it shall dry your hair further..because anti-dandruff shampoos normally have very strong chemicals which can cause hair dryness. In case you still feel the need to use such shampoo, use a good conditioner...it shall help. Just for your information, mashed bananas are excellent natural conditioners.

If you don't use conditioner, you really should start. For the puffy-ness use a serum on the ends. Don't put it on your roots.

I do use conditioner every time I wash. I also use silicone. Its also just the shape my hair makes. I'm going to grow it long. Maybe the weight will help. My straightener is not the best, also, my hair gets damaged quickly, so if I don't have to use heat styling, I don't. Thanks for the advise. Will stop putting it on my roots.

Make sure to use a heat protectant if you do use heat on your hair, I like Kevin Murphy's Young.Again. And if you want a good straightener, try the U-Smooth mini. It's great for shorter hair!

If the hair loss is not genetic then you may overy com on this. But how ?
    The formula is this :
Get some Aloe Vera oil and Coconut too.Add them and make a thick solution.
Apply this before washing your hair but just before the one hour of washing.Apply in to the scalps of your hair.Use twice in a week
and see the difference.I am mentioning again that it is not for genetic baldness.

I guess the best treatment to that would be, apply a mixture of coconut and almond oil daily. Or at-least 3 times a week.
I at times, i also make a solution at home by mixing various oils and then apply it when it is hot.
