Default need my hair to grow quick please help

hi i did something really silly, i got a fringe put in, i used to have a fringe years ago and i hated it then, so why i got this dont god only knows. i know its sounds pathetic but i hate it and its really making me feel ill(dramatic i know) i feel ugly anyway i put it! any way for now am just putiing my hair up with a load of grips in it, and sticking down with hairspray, bu on the 16th of next month am going out to a concert with my boyfriend(first time weve been somewhere special in ages) and i really want to wear my hair down, because i hate my hair up, and i want to look nice. anyway... can someone tell me which food/suppliments will make my hair grow quicker, know three weeks isnt a long time but am willing to try anything.

Try to massage your scalp every time...It helps to grow the hair naturally,

Vitamins and oils. Foods that are rich in protein like nuts will help. Also trimming your hair often like the dead ends will help too.

MANE N' TAIL.. probably at ur local drug store.. walgreens , cvs.. whatever. But its a shampoo that has natural oils in it and believe me.. it works. my hair grew so fast on that stuff if you wash your hair regularly it should work. If you dont choose to do that.. then go for the opposite effect and dont wash yor hair as much because the oily-texture is actually healthy hair
