    Thumbs up are sunscreens realy protects from sun pigmentation

    Hello all,

    I am using sunscreen from a long time but not able to protect myself from tanning. Are the really worth ?? or anybody can please tell me some good sunscreen products ?

    You can use either 'lakme sun screen lotion' or 'lotus sun screen lotion'. I am using the 'lotus'. Apply before you go outside.

    A good sunscreen would have at least SPF18. It'll surely work great

    Sunscreens protect you from the harmful rays but it will not prevent tanning.

    Don't use a spray sunblock or one that claims to be easily applied.
    The chemicals used to make them streak/rub free can be as problematic as the sun they are blocking.

    Skin pigmentation cannot be covered by sunscreen though it might minimize the risk for UV rays exposure.
