    Default need ur help asap

    hello all.
need help concerning these two issues.
recently, have been following some simple rules in having a clearer and acne free face, washing the face twice daily, minimise touching the face with my hands, etc. it has been working except recently, when i had a mild breakout due to my menstrual period but it has all cleared out.i use marykay face cleanser like 4-5 days week but i now have rash on my face which itches me and am getting worried as about it.

the second issue is that my body itches after having my bath, what could be happening or do u have an idea what i could be reacting too?
is there a home remedy i can prepare myself to solve these annoying issues or any not too expensive product i can get?
all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps you might be allergic to the marykay face cleanser. I need more background information. What do you use for your face and body, if you do not mind me asking.

If your taking a hot shower, you could be drying your skin out and causing itching? Dry skin and face wash doesn't mix well. Try dropping your 4-5 days to 3-4 and cool your showers down.
Tip, if your turning more red then pink its too hot!
Also use cooler water on your face if its irritating. I've found all of this helpful when I was having problems. I also switched to a gentler acne wash, and a coco butter bath wash.

Here's my share, another one of the more commonly used acne skin care recipes that you can create in the comfort of your own home is an egg-white mask. This simple mask consists of nothing but a couple of stiffly beaten egg-whites. All you need to do is beat a couple of egg-whites until they are nice and fluffy and smear them on your face. You will have to let this mask sit for a few minutes or until it dries out, and then wash it off with clean, warm water. Then, pat dry with a clean towel. Other acne skin care recipes that use egg-whites sometimes use dry oatmeal in the mixture to help draw out the excess oils in the skin. You can use this egg-white and oatmeal combination on your skin, but you must be careful not to use it more than once or twice a week since this may easily dry your skin out as well

I am glad that if you could post your initial testing result. I also am allergic to Mary Kay products (no offense meant on the company)
