Default What kind of deoderant is strongest?

I have been using Secret Clinical strength but it doesn't really do it for me.

If I have a long or stressful day, I stink!

Can anyone recommend a strong deodorant that works throughout the entire day?

I have read online that it isn't just the type of deodorant, but when you apply it.
I have read that you should use an Antiperspirant not just deodorant.
Mitchum is a brand I have found recommended over and over online, it may be a safe bet.

Degree has a line, look for the Degree Clinical Protection label.

Secret Clinical is probably plenty strong, unfortunately, the pH isn't balanced correctly for you.

Most 'clinical strength' antiperspirants contain between 18-20% of their active ingredient...frequently Aluminum Chlorhydrate or something similar.

For those of us who seem to 'sour' before our day ends...I use to be one of them...roll ons tend to work better than sticks or other more 'modern' methods of application. Yes, they're also a bit more messy but nothing ten seconds with a hair dryer won't fix.

You may also be suffering from sour smell leftover from the last time you did laundry. Frequently, odors, particulalry in synthetic fabrics, get carried over from one washing to the next. So spend sometime smelling the arm pits of your clean garments hainging in your closet...I bet you'll be surprised.

To remove stubborn odors from clothing...add one cup of amonia and one cup of baking soda along with your regular detergent. If you don't have amonia, vinegar also works (is better for the environment) though not as well.

    Good luck!

I tried all the "clinical strength" deoderants out there and none of them worked on me. It all depends on the person. Ban is the one I use and it works wonders for me.

I use Mitchum and am really pleased with it although I am quite frankly scared of how much aluminum is in it... it has never given way to stinky pits even on stressful days though so for strength I'd say it can't be beat.

i've never tried it, but i've seen people recommending putting baking soda as a deodorant.
worth a try when you're at home if you don't wanna be caught putting baking soda at work or something because i'm not sure how long it stays on.
