Thumbs up Oil Hair treatment (do it yourself)

It helps the hair to grow faster and it will deeply condition it.

Heat some Olive oil on the stove about a cup or based on the length of your hair

add to the oil a handful of dried rosemary, let the oil warm , not get too hot.
then drain the oil and wait for it to cool,
coat your hair with the oil , rubbing your scalp down to the ends

soak a towel in a warm water, squeezer it and wrap it around your hear , wait for 30 minutes, before you wash it. use a good quality shampoo.

repeat this treatment twice a week and you will notice a difference in your hair, it will look healthy shiny .

I have done this before, a hot oil treatment. I bought the oil from the store and just heated it under the hot water, its great for your hair. I would recommend doing this once a month.

Thumbs down Olive Oil Treatment

I agree that the olive oil treatment is very nice for the hair. The rosemary sprigs are good or you can alternatively use rosemary essential oil. Rosemary is a wonderful hair tonic that helps with hair growth & the olive oil is a very good emollient leaving the hair lustrous.
