I have heard of this. Used coffee grounds are supposed to be good for cellulite. I haven't tried it, but I've thought about it.

I tried a product from Arbonne. It worked. Not cheap though.

For about how long did you use it before you started seeing any results? Also, what exactly did you use? Did it come back?

This was the first time I actually tried a cream product and it was recommended to me by a friend. It has a lot of (Arbonne) natural ingredients so I figured why not. Well, it took about 3 weeks and it was about 75% gone. You also need to use a brush or scrub on the area first and shower with warm water to open up the pores. You will have this cool refreshing tingly feeling when you apply the cream because it's designed to go way below the skin service to get rid of the cellulite.

On the caffeine thing, I heard caffeine applied to an area shrinks the fat cells which in turn gets rid of the cellulite. I think this cream has caffeine in it.

Detox for cellulite – One of the most effective ways to get rid of cellulite is to flush out toxins and fat causing cellulite. You can easily detoxify your body by drinking plenty of pure water (about 2 liters a day) and going on an anti-cellulite diet that consist of fresh fruits and vegetables. Your diet must include raw fruits and vegetables, beans and lentils, brown rice and rice noodles, potatoes, fresh fish like tuna and salmon, unsalted nuts and plain popcorn.
