I have had skin problems over the years as well and I am also looking for solutions. Break outs arent all the time, but they do come and go.

Post Check out DHC product Line

    Hey,

I love DHC products. I've always heard you should never use anything on your face that you can't eat, and their olive skin care line would be great for your skin type. I use their deep cleansing oil, their mild soap, mild lotion and Olive virgin Oil (as a moisturizer). This company is from japan, and I really like them. Since I have very sensitive skin, I was at first skeptical, but after trying it--I can say I really love their products.

Anything loaded with vitamin E and/or aloe vera is good for dry skin as well.

I want to share 10 tips for clear skin that I have used:
    1. Wash your face way before you go to bed.
    2. Wear sunscreen every day.
    3. Be nice to your face.
    4. Stop thinking that if your skin feels tight it must be clean.
    5. Banish breakouts.
    6. Keep shine at bay midday.
    7. Wash your face after you do your 'do.
    8. Clean your makeup brushes weekly.
    9. Change pillowcases often.
    10. Get your beauty rest! Eight hours should do the trick.

I would never put food on my face. Olive oil doesn't nothing for the skin unless you actually eat it! Do a search for 'Your Skin and You' - buy the book and learn from it. The book provides information on what to look for and what to avoid when using/buying skincare. Good luck!
