Default Early anti-aging regimen

I started noticing fine lines around my eyes and mouth when I was 16. I'm 20 now and though they're not bad they're there and I've noticed a progression in the past four years. Oh, and my mother didn't age so gracefully.

I don't tan, use an SPF moisturizer, drink a fair amount of water and have a good diet and I exercise moderately. Caffeine is my worst downfall.

BUT, I'm worried about which products to use. I've just started using anti-aging moisturizers and a few nights ago a night cream, but I don't know if there are certain chemicals to avoid. Most of all, I'm worried that some won't be effective when I REALLY need them or that something will perhaps accelerate the aging process.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Do you smoke? That could be why you have lines around your mouth. I don't smoke but my mum's friend does and she's started using a product from Avon called Anew clinical plump and smooth lip system. One end is supposed to smooth the fine lines around the mouth and the other end is supposed to plump up your lips. I have to say there does seem to be a slight improvement.
Also people seem to be going crazy over Anew age repair day and night cream. And Anew contouring eye system.

Also, Do you have No7 where you live? They have a beauty serum that was featured on "How to look good naked" (a tv show) as the best anti aging serum tried and tested and everyone went mad over it, you had to be on a waiting list to get it.

You could also try something with glycolic acid in it.

Try Stem Organics's products. Their products are paraben free, colorant free and fragrance free so it won't irritate your skin. Their products are gentle on skin and really effective.

You can also make your own anti-aging face packs at home.

Try using fruits like lemon, blueberry, strawberry directly on skin. Moisturize well and don't skip your sunscreen lotion.

Default Eye Wrinkles

I like the Obagi Elastiderm Eye Gel. Has worked great for me, but it is a little pricey.

I read that u just need to apply lots of cream, not lotion. Applying Vitamin A or Vitamin E work great too. Rose hip oil sounds interesting. Will check that out.
