Unhappy Feelin' your pain

Hey,
I kinda had the same thing, and I went to an esthetrician at a local spa. An esthetrician is a skilled/schooled person who specializes in skin and the care of it. She gave me lots of very good advice. You probably really need some microderm abrasion done. I had three sessions done, and then I could control it at home with products she gave me. Many times if you are getting blackheads and whiteheads, it is because you are not getting enough exfoliation. Oh, and just a note: beware of exfoliants with apricot seeds ground up in them, or other "natural" exfoliants. Because of the jaggedness of the particles in these products, they actually can cause micro-tears in your skin, which can make your problems worse. Look for products with rounded microbeads. I really liked the ones my esthetrician gave me. They cost a little more, but I used way less and the improvement of my skin was dramatic. Hope this helps!
