Default Beauty and Health

I am putting this in both beauty and health because this site I found has both. I am basically wondering if people like some of the stuff.

My son referred me to this site to order things (due to the high price of gas) that come right to my door. I am actually quite impressed with the site and recommend it. But there were some products they offered that I want to try out and was wondering if anyone has yet. Site is thepeoplesmarket.mychoices. (No Won't work.):

I am looking at the age defying items they have there. Click on Beauty and click Skin care and you can find it. I was wondering if it works? I contacted some people who liked it but I was trying to get a more wide array of comments. How does it work compaired to leading competitors? Did anybody have reactions? I need to know if it is good with wrinkles or if it kinda just covers it up. I seen some good results but they are the kind of people who get doctor treatments too so it was hard to tell if it was the treatments or the product. I researched it a bit and it had high refferences and credit. But I am a mother of two and need to know if it works for moms the way, well, we want it to work.

Secondly I am checking out some of the other products and came across Perfect water and Nutrilite. Now I went ahead and ordered these anyway. They seemed a bit cheaper than usual brands and, again, people seemed to like it more. But if you tried it, how did it do? Replacing one of these for a meal a day seems kind of hard by what I am used to eating but did they make you feel energized? Hungry afterwards? How about gas? My son says they are great but he has the metabolism of an animal. If nobody posts, Ill let you know in a couple days when the package arives. Anyways, the water I have tried and it is great. This is more of a recommendation than a question but if there are any runners or soon to be runners out there try this water. Drink just 6 ounces before you run and you should be able to go much further. I could barely make a mile until I started drinking this water and now I can run almost 2 and I have only been drinking it for about 2 weeks with 1 mile a day. I just recommend anyone who runs to try this stuff out.

I will report how I do in about 6 weeks and state how much I lost on the diet plan I got set up with the products I ordered: Food Bars, Perfect Water, XS Drinks, Couple different Vitamin types, and 1.5 miles a day with two miles every friday. Ill let you know how my plan turns out.

Real quick I noticed that my last post didn't have the right address. ..............................

Sorry but it must have been edited.

Ok, I got the vitamins and have been doing the running for a full week now on the water. I have been able to steadily run 1.5 miles now for 7 days on just the water. I am going to start my vitamin run tonight. I have already lost 2 lbs in the last 7 days from the running. Not as much as I wanted to but I can complete a full 1.5 without walking any now. Hopefully I see some dramatic results here shortly.

Again my post is editing. Why is it doing that? After the (Dot) is B I Z with no spaces. That is frustrating.

Maybe because it sounds like an advertisement?

Three times, actually...

Hope it works for YOU.

Not at all... I'm not being rude... Just explaining to you that it sounds like an ad, which is against the rules so that is why it has probably been edited.

I truly mean't i hope it works for YOU, as you seemed so excited about it, trying to get the link up three times...

I don't have a "rude" bone to my body , well you know what i mean...

Alright, no harm done. I just don't understand how to tell people about the product without giving the site. But either way has anyone tried these before or going to? I would very much like to hear results.

Seems there is a few things there your trying...

What's in the Water? ie) what ingredients?

As for wrinkles, honestly, i have always used olive oil.. If it works for the Europeans in the heat they have, in eating it, then it has to be okay, i dab some around my eyes often, and i still only have laughing lines at 45..

Alovera plant is excellent to and drinking lots of water helps me look fresh...

But i am interested in the ingredients in that water, ?

By my understanding the water is filtered more than any water out there. I think when they are done they put back in essential minerals and then some how charge it to Oxygen on a molecular level which helps it absorb into the blood stream and muscles faster and better.

There was a test done a while back that warm water gets absorbed into the blood stream faster then cold water and it was found that it was due to the oxygen being more active and easier for the body to handle. So I guess they are using a method derived from that and just combines it with the water. pretty cool actually. Ill ask my son tomarrow if he knows more on that.

Default Results

Ok, So here is my conclusion of my results. I have not gone the full 6 weeks. I am going to stop at five because I will be gone this time next week but the results to me are very impressive. Here they are:
Before I started I weighed in at 163 lbs, bit chubby but not fat. I wasn't able to finish a single mile, though. I started on the water and the diet pills for both energy and nutrition. Within the first four days I was able to run a full mile fully. I ran a total of 1.5 miles every day with 2 miles on fridays. After the first three weeks I lost a total of 26 lbs. and was able to run the full 1.5 miles in 12.54 minutes. By the fourth week I lost a total of 32 lbs, was noticably eating less, sleeping more, and becoming more active, and my 1.5 mile was down to 11.39. I was already seeing a difference with my hips and my stamina which feels like it has doubled for daily activities. As I am now, I have been running a full 2 miles since the fourth week and currently weight 129. I am four sizes smaller and feeling great.
My eating habbits were as follows: Breakfast consisted of one egg, no yolk, plus the vitamins. For lunch I would have a meal replacement bar and a salad. For snacks I would usually eat something locally around the business which usually consisted of Port of Subs or something bit healthier than McDonalds. During dinner I would eat as usuall but would do so after I ran which resulted in much smaller amounts consumed. I would drink one bottle of the Perfect Water during the workout (Which helped a lot, highly recommended).
I don't have the best of metabolisms but i never really was a larger person growing up in school. I gained weight over the years but this diet worked out well. I am much slimmer and feel better. Hope people like my results and get the same or better.
