Default Apple Cider Vinegar?

I've heard it works wonders in many ways. Apparently if you drink a tablespoon mixed with an 8 oz glass of water a day you will feel more energized, have more glowing skin, reduce sinus problems and get rid of bags under your eyes?

Has anyone tried this or have any tips?

I drink it twice a day. I don't mix it with anything but I suppose you could put it in water. I just take a swig off the bottle in the am and pm. (tastes awful)
It's a cure all. Manages appetite, cure skin rashes, allergies....all kinds of stuff.
It's best to get organic and unpasturized.

Default ACV is wonderful stuff

I try to mix up a tablespoon of it in a bit of water with some honey at least once a day. It's good for many things. It's a great help for acid reflux and can help with arthritis issues. You can use it on the scalp to help with dandruff. There are many more uses but I can't think of them right now. I agree that you need to use raw and organic because there is something in it called the Mother that helps greatly. I use Bragg myself and it's darned good. Oh one more thing. I don't think it's a good idea to just swig it without diluting it with some water as it is very caustic and not good for the stomach that way. It can also be too caustic for the teeth that way. I think that they used to take a bit of it like this years ago. There are so many things that we just let go by the wayside for various reasons that we should rethink.

Good point. I'll start drinking it in water.

Very interesting. I am definately going to give it a try. Anything that can help with allergies, I have a bad problem with getting hives. Just one question though. Does it give an odor problem?like bad breath?

Default No odor problem from ACV that I know of

Don't think that either I or my husband have ever noticed any sort of odor from drinking the ACV. I should mention that my husband uses it on his scalp to help with dandruff. He spent many years using harsh products like Selsun Blue and could never seem to stop using them as he felt they were the only things that helped keep the nasty little flakes away. Well, I found out just how bad sodium laurel sulfate is and how it's in many of the harsh shampoos. He started using an apple cider vinegar shampoo but when he'd try to just use a normal one the flakes would return. I told him that I think he loss some of his hair simply because he used such harsh shampoo all those years. Well I found out that if he just puts a bit of the ACV on his scalp while he is showering and then washes it out, so far so good with no flakes. He is my human experiment...lol.

My Mom actually lost a bunch of weight from drinking two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. So, it's good for weight loss as well.

Not at all! If anything it will help. Drinking ACV will also help your allergies, Soaking in it will soften the skin. 1-2c cup in your bathwater... which will also help with those who suffer from candida.

Sounds like some miracle thing, really! :P

Can you get it anywhere, like health food shops ect?

Is it expensive at all?
