ok i have the assure put in its awesome, no scares now you have to make sure you dont want anymore kids because once its in theres no going back!!! i cant even feel it . i love it!!

I was scheduled for an essure procedure about 2 months ago and cancelled at the last minute. I got scared because it's only been available here in the US for about 5 years and I couldn't find any info from women who've had it past 5 years. I got fitted with an IUD about 1 month ago despite all the horror stories and so far it hasn't been too bad. If that doesn't work out then I may reconsider essure. Nice to finally hear of a "real" person who has it. Glad that you like it and hope that all goes well for you.
