As time passes, your cycle will go through changes. It may vary in flow, texture, color, frequency, and.... cramping. As your hormones change, your cramping may become more severe or vice versa. It is all very normal. The only thing you can really do is anticipate when your cramps will be coming and take some Ibuprofin or Acetomenophin (Tylenol). Avoid Aspirin because it will thin the blood and can make cramping worse. Also avoid using tampons when cramping which can further irritate the vaginal walls and avoid caffiene.
