I have been on Ortho Tricyclene Lo continuously for about 3 months now. I just opened a new pack, starting on the first week, white pills. I missed the last 3 pills for the first week (Thursday, Friday & Saturday). I began the second week blue pills on Sunday. Starting on Monday I started bleeding, and it's gotten heavier and heavier and heavier and it's getting worse and worse. It is now Wednesday, and I don't know what to do. Should I stop taking these pills and wait a month and start all over? Or should I keep going with this or what? I think I'm all screwed up. I already had my period 2 weeks ago.

You need to continue taking your pills in the order you were instructed. Do not skip any more, just continue on with the next pill. It could take a couple of weeks to several months for your cycles to become normal again. That is common with birth control and nothing to worry about. Also keep in mind that just being on birth control is not a gaurantee that your cycles will be normal. Give it some time and try not to forget anymore. When you do forget, continue taking them as directed and do not skip any.
