Thread: Should I take the pill?

Hey everyone,

I recently had a physical and my doctor gave me Tri Cyclen Lo as a safety precaution incase my boyfriend and I have unplanned sex. I am turning 17 in two months. When even my boyfriend and I fool around I almost always end up bleeding after. We fooled around today but I had no bleeding, also the doctor said that he didn't see any signs of infection but is sending me to a gyno just to make sure. So my dilemma is, should I start taking the pill now even though my bleeding isn't classified as "abnormal"?

Oh, and another thing, I just checked the samples he gave me and they say that they expired 12/2008.
