i haven't been feeling well lately and i think it's because of yaz and i want to stop taking it as soon as possible, but i defenitely DO NOT want to get pregnant. can anyone tell me what steps should i follow before i quit?? should i not have sex a week before i stop? should i finish my pack and just not start the next one? anyone??
