Wow....as a mother I'm sure you are terribly concerned right now, and rightfully so. I took Yaz for several years, and it worked great for me up until the last few months before I stopped taking. I started having spotting and breakouts more than normal, so I switched...but certainly nothing uncommon. I'm sure there are people that experience rare side effects...but I'll have to do some research.
I'm a bit concerned that this has nothing to do with birth control, and perhaps the doctors are looking at the wrong things. Have you taken her to her general practitioner or family doctor?
You came to the right place. And you may even find someone who has experienced almost exactly this and can truly give you some advice in the right direction.
Also...has your daughter taken the Gardisil vaccination?
