Ortho Lo to Loestrin?
Hi,
I posted below "Orgasm and Ortho Lo" and got no responses. I guess no one had any clue so I'm posing a new question. Has anyone made the transition to Loestrin from Ortho Lo??? Experiences?
In the past week, I started developing weird tension headaches at night, terrible flatulence, overly emotional and as previously stated, my ability to orgasm was dulled and took a lot more time to achieve. I'm hoping Loestrin will help ease these symptoms. Any comments will be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
I tried Ortho Tri (granted this was 10 years ago) and it was terrible. I switched off it after one pack. I took Loestin for years after trying a few others. My sex drive was pretty much non-existent. I swear BC pills are just sugar pills and the real way it works is that you just never want to have sex and you're so miserable that no one in their right mind would want to be with you. When I finally went off it, I immediately felt like a million bucks. On the other hand, I've talked to many women who have had no side effects of the pill. (all different kinds)
I think you just need to try different kinds until you find one that works for your body. Unfortunately, you have to be on a hormonal roller-coaster in order to work it out.
What about trying Nuva ring? Isn't that one non-hormonal?
