i was on the depo for 2 years, i went off it because my doctor advised me that after the 2 year it could cause brittleness of the bones, so i went off it on her advice, i am now off it since sept 05, my period came back 2 days ago for the first time, that is just about a year.

while on the depo i was depressed abd also very tempremental and angry.
i was with a guy that treated me very badly but because of how i was feeling at the time i didnt leave him.
I am now off the depo 1 year and feeling great, that guy is long gone.

i also have a cousing who was on the depo for years and years, she was always very depressed and angry and it was not until she stopped the depo that she realisd that that was the cause of her depression, she would never touch it again and neither would i.
