Why do some women still have their period while on the pill but for others it is less often or stopped completey?
It just all depends on the woman's body, the particularly type of pill she is on, and what her dosage is. Every woman's hormonal balance is different. Since the hormones are what regulate the cycles, that is why women get different results. The pills do not level everyone's hormones out to the same balance, they simply bring them to a point that they are less likely to get pregnant.
