Is it true that birth control may cause infertility? Say I want to get pregnant, I don't know... 10 years from now... will taking bc (one that causes me to have a period every 3 mos) for 10 years cause me to become infertile? I've been having nightmares about this scenario... lol.

It's probably best to ask your gynecologist that, but as far as I know it's not true. I take just a regular birth control where I have my period once a month. I have been on it for 6 years now and last year I asked my doctor the same question you have and she said no. I plan on getting pregnant in another year or so and all she said was that I stop taking it and a week later I can start to try and get pregnant. I assume its like that for most if not all birth control but like I said you should ask your doctor.
