are there any generic brands for loestrin24 fe? i just started taking it, and didnt realize how expensive it is!!! anyone with any experiences with this particular brand?
did you get a discount card with your perscription? I was told by my GYN that there is a card you can use that prevents your re-fill from going over 24 dollars.
You can call the local pharmacy and ask if they have a generic and what it costs. That's what I did when my doctor prescribed me Loestrin 1/20. The brand BC ended up being just about $70 a month and I couldn't afford it. I called a local pharmacy to see if there was a generic and they had one for $19.
Loestrin 24 FE also has a savings card good for 12 months worth of pills. Just check out Loestrin's site and you see information about it on the front page.
