I've got less than a week left of my first pack and because I was on depo and had no period I was wondering, what if I don't have a period between the the 7 days off the pill. Would I still have the 7 day break or what? It's all confusing me. Anyone have any idea?
    Thanks.

Continue to take the pills as instructed by your doctor. Eventually, you should have your period. But, it can take up to a year to start your period again when coming off of Depo. It can also take several years for your cycles to go back to normal once you start your period regardless of being on another form of birth control. Every persons body is different so there is no telling how yours will react.

    Thank you for the reply
I'm on about my 4th day of the 7 day break, thinking I probably won't have a period for a long time. Started to get pms symptoms the other day, and cramps today. Just started my period a few hours ago. I'm still a bit confused to be honest coz everything I've read about other depo users coming off the shot is that they never got a period for at least 3 months to a year after.

    Thanks again.
