Thread: Worried about Yaz

I've been on Yaz for about 6 months now. I know I'm forgetful in the past I've forgotten to take it on time or missed a day but for the first 5 months I wasn't having sex with anyone.

Well, I was on vacation recently and stayed on the pill daily but it wasn't exactly on time. I would get busy and forget what time it was or take the pack with me so I would take it.

I went on vacation with this guy and the 5th pack I got my period on the third white pill and the period continued into the first week of the new pack (not exactly sure for how long).

Well around the 2nd week this guy and I had sex three times. We used spermcided condoms (I made a promise to myself to stay safe as much as possible). Well we had showers together and he'd tease me by rubbing the head of his penis against me (Happened once in the shower), He slipped his penis between my legs right before a shower, then after sex when he pulled the spermcided condom off and wiped himself clean he'd rubbed me with the head of his penis (I can't remember if it was near my clit or bit closer to my vagina but he did it for a second before I got scared).

The bottom line is with him teasing like he did is it still possible I could get pregnant; even with me taking the pill daily but not exactly on time? Please help me with your advice and I'm on my first white pill and a few days ago I've experienced the normal sharp pains near my ovaries before the white pills come along.

Hey there! I dont think you're pregnant from what you have said above but there's always a chance with everything. I am not saying that to scare you just to let you know....to put your mind at ease maybe just take a pregnancy test to be sure or you can wait for your next period. If you think about it too much you're mind will play tricks on you so watch out for that. Also i suggest to take your pill the same time everyday..i know it can be tough sometimes but what i do is i have a reminder set on my phone to go off at the same time everyday. Hope this helps
